Ranch Beans
This hearty meal is sure to warm you up on a chilly day, it is one of my "go to" comfort foods in the wintertime. I love to serve mine with warm cornbread.
  • Prep Time:
  • Cook Time:
  • Servings: 6-8

1lb Red Moon Ranch ground beef

1lb Red Moon Ranch beef or pork bacon

1 large onion, finely diced

4 cloves garlic

2, 28oz cans of your favorite baked beans

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

2 TBSP brown mustard

6 TBPS Worcestershire sauce

2 TBSP brown sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Dice your bacon into small pieces and cook in a large skillet or dutch oven until desired doneness. Drain pan and set bacon aside. Cook onions, ground beef, and garlic in the skillet until onions are translucent and ground beef is browned. Drain pan and add the bacon back to the skillet or dutch oven. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for at least 15 minutes, up to 1 hour. This recipe gets better with time, and makes great leftovers! I serve mine with cornbread! Enjoy!
