Buying in bulk is a great way to save a little money on our high quality, and pasture raised beef and pork. I offer quarter, half, and whole beef, and half and whole hogs. I do allow customers to purchase and split between family or friends for no additional charge. For example, you can purchase a whole beef, and have it divided up into halves or quarters for the whole beef price.
How it works:
Contact me (Shelby) (send me an email or give me a call) to let me know you are interested and put down a deposit. There can be a wait period before your meat is ready, typically no longer than a month or two. I walk you through all your options for cuts, and you can order any cut you would like! I deliver your finished product to your home for locals, or to the farmers market in Worthington or Hilliard.
Pricing:
Pricing is based on hanging weight and is in addition to your processing costs. Hanging weight is the carcass weight after all organs, excess bones, etc are removed. *The estimated costs and take home weight are estimates only, every animal weighs different, these estimates are based on averages.*
Whole Beef : $5.50/LB
